Help build something new from the ground up. GC Gospel Collective brings the soul and energy of gospel music together with a Gospel rooted in grace, union, belonging and the finished work of Jesus. Built first in a local church, we're creating a sound we hope will reach far beyond it. 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A Gospel Music Director who is first and foremost a builder—someone who can bring musical excellence while developing people and creating community. Strong gospel keys. Strong vocal instincts. Able to teach harmony, arrange and reimagine songs, develop singers and musicians, and help build the Collective from the ground up. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who connects deeply with the Gospel we're trying to give a sound:

• God is better than we thought.
• Jesus really finished the work.
• Everybody has a place at the table.
